Aurora Wedding Photographer | Maria and Brandon

Post by David • Cathy met with Maria early in the morning at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria Hotel and I met with Brandon at their home. Little did I know that when we got to the ceremony, Maria and her father would show up in a Cobra of all things. The day kept getting better and better from there — specifically that the church let me go where I needed to get the best shots for their ceremony (and what a beautiful church it was). After the ceremony Cathy headed over to Lincoln Park where we had previous shot their engagement session and I headed off to Stonebridge Country Club to set our their Photo Booth. As the sun went down and the mariachi band played for their cocktail hour I grabbed them for a couple of quick shots before they were announced. Soon after that it was nothing but dancing and our Photo Booth. And at one point… our horse mask may have taken a turn on the dance floor (as it often does). We had an amazing time with these two and we hope you love their wedding photos as much as we do.

Much love,
Cathy and David

Where did you go on your honeymoon? • We went to Punta Mita, Mexico. We went there because the location is remote, relaxing, and exclusive.

What was your favorite adventure? Our favorite adventure was our trip to the marriettas islands which are two islands that have caved in or eroded from the inside so they have hidden beaches inside the islands and you swim through small caves to get inside the islands.

What was the best thing you ate? • Our favorite meal was the fresh lobster tacos the wood grill on the beach for lunch everyday.
