Michele and Ken | Museum Campus | Chicago, Illinois • I’ve never shot much at Museum Campus in the fall. The best time for pictures is the two hours before sunset (the time we do our engagement sessions and our preferred time for wedding portraits). Unfortunately, the buildings around Museum Campus block most of the good light at that time of day in the spring and summer. Instead I found some seriously awesome patches of light to throw Michele and Ken into and so, we spent the entire session running after light and sun beams. I’m thrilled with how the session turned out and I cannot wait for their wedding in a couple of months!
As a special side note — thank you to Wendy (Wendy City Faces) for doing such an excellent job on her makeup. We look forward to working with you at their wedding!
