As nationwide wedding photographers, we see a lot of the best and a lot of the worst. We only put the absolute best on this page of those we think to go above and beyond, are professional, very talented, and provide the best customer service for every bride and groom that we work with. Wedding Reception Locations:
The Palmer House – An amazing old hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Their Catering Manager, Jane Himmel is exceptionally amazing to work with and every single bit of this location is flawlessly taken care of. Staff is incredible and the professionality of the place is impeccable. We shot Annie and Josh’s wedding here. We also love the downtown/loop location for taking photos!
The Waterhouse – This beautiful location on the river in Peoria, Illinois is absolutely gorgeous. Exposed brick walls, combined with an owner who loves hosting events here creates a flawless atmosphere for a wedding. We shot Regan and Quinn’s downtown Peoria wedding here and loved it. Close to everything for bridal party photos too!

Stacey R. Mayo – Stacey R. Mayo specializes in wedding makeup and print. She is also available for prom, pageants, portfolio work, makeup/skincare classes, conferences and stage work. Some of the best makeup work we’ve seen that did Holly and David’s Bloomington Wedding and will be doing Summer and Ryan’s Bloomington Wedding who we also did engagement photography for.

Peppertree Floral + Design – special occasions are their passion. Full services wedding florist and day of coordination to full wedding design coordination. Andrea goes the extra mile with her flowers and anything she works on. We loved having her at Lizzie and David’s Bloomington Wedding.
Wedding Invitation Design:
Cathy and David Designers – Indianapolis letterpress wedding invitation designs, full service custom invitation design, print design, graphic design. Yep! This is us too. We used to be graphic designers so we like being able this service to our couples, or anyone else wanting completely unique wedding invitations for their wedding day! We had so much fun designing the letterpress wedding invitations for Lizzie and David’s Bloomington Wedding.
Wedding Live Bands and Wedding DJs:
Cool City Swing Band – The premiere Indianapolis Live Wedding Band, these guys seriously have an awesome sound and we loved hearing them at Holly and David’s Bloomington Wedding.
Terry Mautner - Indianapolis Wedding DJ, and one of the nicest ones we’ve had the chance to work with at Danielle and Lucas’s Connor Prairie Wedding.
Velocity Sound – Indianapolis Wedding DJ that did an awesome job at Nicole and Adron’s West Lafayette Wedding.

Wedding Photographers:
Indianapolis Wedding Photography – Cathy and David Photographers are a husband and wife team with a focus on wedding photojournalism with a high-end look. Their goal is to capture events as they happen, for the entire wedding day from start to finish. This means a minimum of 8 hours of continuous coverage (and up to full day coverage) with unlimited locations on the wedding day. Cathy and David Photographers also believe that you should own your memories which is why they include high-resolution discs of all of your wedding photographs in both color and black and white. Wedding coverage begins at $3000 and includes all of the previously mentioned items. Packages are also available that include wedding photography albums, engagement photography sessions, engagement photography guest sign-in albums, a photobooth, wedding photography parent albums, and wedding rehearsal dinner photography coverage.
