Kalani and Joshua / Indiana

Post by David - Kalani and Joshua are something very very special. They are the truest definition of geek chic, with music from Star Wars and Lord of the Rings throughout their ceremony, and I believe Serenity was in there, too? I was able to make regular movie and anime references with the both of them and not get any dazed looks or confused eyes. These were our kind of people!

Kalani was a non-stop emotional powerhouse all day long, whether laughing and bright eyed during the ceremony or emotional and choked up while her mom sang to her during their karaoke reception. Joshua simply watched her with a quiet happiness all day long that was genuine and full of love and endearment. These two were so sweet and we loved working with them. The bottle of homemade lemoncello they made everyone (including a bottle for us) was truly exquisite! And let me tell you, I might be emailing them for a refill after I finish writing this entry!

Kalani. Joshua. Thank you so much for everything, for the jokes and the laughs and for making us feel so welcome. We loved listening to you and your family singing at the top of their lungs, watching you both laugh and cry during your ceremony while quotes and references to some of the best that nerd-dom has to offer hallmarked the start of your new journey together. We wish you to the best.
