Wedding Photography at the Omni Severin Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana (Post by David) – What a day. Everything about it was just plain fun — and these are the kind of days that make us love what we do. There was so much about this wedding that we absolutely loved — from the beautiful location to the awesome vendors, and especially the couple. Jennifer and Scott are so much fun, and their wedding inspired tears of laughter and crying from start to finish. When we arrived at the bridal suite on Saturday, our friend and amazingly talented makeup artist, Stacey Mayo, was already there working her magic. The girls all looked gorgeous, especially Jennifer, who was greeted by tears and gasps from her friends and family when she walked down the spiral staircase of the bridal suite in her dress.
Meeting up with Scott, after leaving Cat with the girls, I got straight to work. Scott wasn’t used to having his pictures taken in the bathroom and the guys couldn’t help but make jokes.
I also got to meet Ryan, Scott’s brother who is a wedding photographer too and did an awesome job on their engagement photos. He’s newer to the business but we expect great things from him and can’t wait to see where he goes.
The entire day took place at the Omni Hotel in Indianapolis. The arched high ceilings, and beautiful staircases made for such an elegant wedding location, and the talented staff helped pull off a perfect event. The reception, especially, was such a blast. The dance floor was busy all night long, and Jennifer and Scott were at the center of it all rippin’ it up.
Jennifer and Scott. What can I say to describe further how much we enjoyed your company, and all of your guests. You guys were incredible, treated us like family, and left us wanting more when the night was done. It was a total honor capturing the day for you guys, so if you ever decide to renew your vows someday, be sure to give us a call.
